Below is an example for a three course dinner event menu.

- Appetizer choice of:
- Arugula Pere e Parmigiano: Arugula, shaved parmigiano, fresh pears salad.
- Melanzane alla Parmigiana: Eggplant baked with mozzarella, parmigiano, tomato basil sauce.
- Carpaccio di Carne: Thin slices of raw filet mignon, layered with arugula, shaved parmigiano, capers, black pepper, olive oil, lemon.
- Antipasto Tanti Baci: Assortment of Italian Cold-cuts and Cheeses.
- Entrée choice of:
- Penne alla Norma: Penne pasta with fried eggplant, tomato basil sauce, and ricotta cheese.
- Lasagna Classica: Our signature classic homemade meat lasagna, with béchamel, bolognese, and fresh mozzarella.
- Pollo Marsala: Chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, Marsala wine, a splash of cream, served with mashed potatoes and green
peas.
- Mahi Mahi alla Provencal: Mahi Mahi fillet simmered in a sauce of olives, fresh tomatoes, basil, white wine, capers.
- Dessert choice of:
- Torta della Nonna: Lemon curd tart with pine-nut, almonds, powdered sugar
- Chocolate Fondant cake: Decadent chocolate layer cake, filled with a rich chocolate cream, covered with chocolate ganache, rimmed with chocolate flakes.
