Insalata Verde:  Romaine lettuce, Arugula and tomato, finished with our house dressing.
Arugula con Pere e Parmigiano:  Arugula, with pear and aged Parmigiano cheese shavings, finished with balsamic vinaigrette.

Entrée

Pollo alla Milanese:  Lightly breaded chicken breast, pan fried to golden brown, served with Arugula and Parmigiano salad.
Eggplant   Parmigano: Lightly fried thin slices of eggplant baked to perfection with fresh mozzarella , tomato sauce and smoked ricotta and basil.
Pork   Rollatini: Thinly sliced pork rolled and stuffed with spinach, roasted peppers, parsley and  parmigiano.

Cozze all Arabiatta:  Prince Edward Mussels, sautéed with garlic in white wine and tomato sauce, served with crostini.

Tagliata di Manzo con Rocula:  A very tender filet of hanger steak grilled to medium rare, served over peppery Arugula and finished with rock salt.
Pollo all Marsala:  Thinly sliced boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms in Marsala wine cream sauce.
Tilapia con Porcini:  Porcini mushroom crusted fresh Tilapia filet, served with tomato, chick peas and saffron rice.
Agnello all Forno:  Roasted marinated leg of lamb, stuffed with spinach, proscuitto and bread crumbs, finished with lamb juice.

      No Matter if you have 6 guest, 80 family members, office workers or customers you like to entertain, we are here for you, ready  to left the stress off your shoulders.  If you prefer to have it at your location, we also got you covered.  We will handle it from food, to servers, porters, and rentals.   You name it, we will do it.  With bonded and insured chefs to trained and and capable staff and of course the experienced management team, we are confident your event shall be memorable.


      We Offer on premises parties up to 80 guests at one seating and up to 150 guests in two seatings and there is no limit to guests served at your location.  , we can rent a bigger catering hall, with kitchen and host your party there.  We will work with you to plan decorate and set up your home, office or rented hall to transform it i  to the party house you desire.
